Option 1: Using XBot's Azure Bot Framework

  1. XBot will configure its own Azure Bot Framework.

  2. Partner only uses and provides necessary information depending on the channel.

Option 2: Using the Customer's Azure Bot Framework

  1. Xbot will provide webhook url for partners to configure on their azure bot service

  1. The partner needs to create a client id key to provide Xbot with the ability to call the api to push messages to the azure bot service:
