Zalo Channel

Provided by XBot:

  • Webhook URL to configure in your Official Account (OA) to send messages to XBot.

  • Refer to the guide API Information for more details.

Provided by Partner:

  1. Register an OA on Zalo and ensure you subscribe to a paid plan (refer to Zalo OA Pricing) to send messages.

  2. Provide the application ID, secret key, and OA access token to XBot to enable it to send messages back to the OA.

  3. Provide domain verification information to XBot to authenticate the DNS when using the webhook domain a4b.vn.

  4. Configure the webhook URL provided by XBot in your OA.
