Steps for Integrating Facebook with XBot

1. Register on Facebook Business

2. Register on Facebook Developers

  • Sign up at .

  • Create a new app and a page for your Facebook account.

3. Add Messaging Action to Your Page

  • Add a messaging action to your Facebook page to allow customers to send messages to your page.

4. Connect Messenger API

  • Configure Webhook: Set the webhook URL with the callback information provided by XBot.

  • Generate Access Tokens: Connect with your page ID and generate access tokens. Provide these details (page ID and access tokens) to XBot for configuration.

5. Complete App Review

  • Apply for an app review by providing necessary app information to Facebook.

  • Ensure that Facebook reviews and approves your app so that customer messages can be sent to your app.

6. Set App Mode to Live

  • Switch your app mode to live once it is reviewed and approved.
